AGED Sp. z o.o. a distributor of the Liebherr, Nivona, Blueair, Dyson Airblade, YesOvens, and Intra brands in the Polish market, is adopting, for communication purposes, a new logo: FORE. Living Solutions. The change of the name supports the introduction of a new business strategy and is the final step of the succession process in the company.

AGED has been present in the home appliance sector in Poland for 25 years and specialized in such segments as MDA and SDA. It offers appliances both for home use and for commercial use.
“The new logo opens a new chapter for the company, clearly defines our competences and aspirations, and positions us in a consistent manner with the positioning of the brands in our portfolio. From a traditional company, we are transforming into a company with traditions,” said Marta Dobrowolska, a member of the management board in charge of Marketing and Operations.

In February this year, the District Court approved the change in the company’s management board. The Supervisory Body replaced the three founders: Piotr Różański, Jacek Dobrowolski, and Jarosław Sewastianowicz by appointing into the management board the successors of two founders: Antoni Różański and Marta Dobrowolska, and Monika Mosek who so far has been the company’s financial director.
The newly appointed members of the management board have had ties to the company for many years and have successfully developed its key departments. Now they will also be responsible for achieving the business objectives by the entire company.
“Our ambition is that the role of the company will not be limited to distribution. We support achievement of business objectives by suppliers of home appliances by ensuring a broad range of advisory activities, operability in the entire country, and all services associated with introduction of brands into the Polish market,” emphasized Antoni Różański, a member of the company’s management board in charge of Sales and Service.

New composition of the management board:
Antoni Różański – Member of the Management Board, Sales and Service Department
Marta Dobrowolska – Member of the Management Board, Marketing and Operations
Monika Mosek – Member of the Management Board, Finance and Administration

The changes of the company’s identification and of the composition of its management board do not affect the contracts concluded so far, which will remain effective.
