Łukasz Bany has taken up the position of Head of the Service Department at FORE Living Solutions. In his new role, he is responsible for the comprehensive management of the service operations for all brands in the company’s portfolio, including Nivona, Liebherr, Haden, and Solis.

Łukasz Bany brings many years of managerial experience in sales, customer service, and cooperation with business partners in the B2B market. In recent years, he served as Regional Sales Manager at FORE, where he was responsible for developing sales structures and implementing the company’s sales strategy. Previously, he was associated with Liebherr Appliances as Area Sales Manager for Gastronomy and Laboratory Retail in Poland. He also gained professional experience as Sales Director at Imperium Gastro Tech.

He assumes the new position with a focus on further improving after-sales service quality, standardizing service processes, and strengthening cooperation with partners.
