At the IFA trade fair in Berlin this September, NIVONA unveiled its latest series of fully automatic coffee machines – the NIVONA 9000, designed with the growing popularity of plant-based milk beverages in mind. The new milk system has been optimized to perfectly froth both dairy milk and its plant-based alternatives, ensuring a dense and creamy foam every time.

The series includes two models:

NIVO 9101 – in a matte black finish

NIVO 9103 – in an elegant titanium design

Key innovations of the 9000 Series

7” Touch Display – intuitive operation and personalization of up to 16 favorite recipes within the “My Coffee” function.

Latte PreSelect – a milk system also optimized for plant-based drinks, with automatic adjustment of steam and pressure for ideal foam consistency.

Aroma Balance – five extraction profiles that bring out different flavor nuances from the same coffee beans.

Chilled Brew Function – for preparing refreshing cold coffee drinks.

Easy-Temperature System – automatically detects the milk’s temperature and heats it to the optimal 60°C for perfect froth.

Spumatore DuoSense – additional aeration that lets you choose between light and creamy or dense and velvety milk foam.

Easy Cleaning – a dual milk system that automatically cleans itself at set intervals, requiring no extra effort from the user.

The NIVO 9000 series allows you to prepare a wide variety of beverages: espresso, espresso macchiato, black coffee, americano, cappuccino, flat white, café latte, latte macchiato, as well as cold variations such as chilled espresso, chilled coffee, and chilled americano. All drinks can be brewed in two cups simultaneously. The automatic timer lets you program the machine so that your coffee is ready at a specific time — for instance, right after you wake up.

The models will be available in Poland starting November 2025.
